Jam

Yesterday the supermarket in Falkirk was selling off strawberries at £1 for 600g so I bought 2 and attempted jam for the first time. Looks ok.

Used an inherited cooking thermometer, felt very professional!

I still have the garden alpine strawberries in the freezer, this was a practice run.
