Right Back Where We Started From

I took Poppy and her friend into Cambridge and as usual, they dumped me as soon as I'd parked the car. I wandered around for a while then met D for lunch. We went to D'Arry's in King street which was the place we met almost 30 years ago when it was The Cambridge Arms.
It's been a day full of nostalgia as it's my oldest friends birthday and I dug out an old picture of us both at my 21st birthday party to post on her Facebook page. After lunch with D I bumped into a very old friend of ours who we used to go out drinking with in the late 80s.
