Striped Meadowhawk

I think it's either a female or a juvenile but I'm not really positive on the ID.  I couldn't find an exact match in my book and I got tired of looking at pictures on line.   Anyway, I thought it was beautiful and it was willing to pose for me. 

I am grateful that I brought my camera along to the gym this morning hoping to find dragonflies in the pond out front. :-)
