A butterfly (please help with name thank you!!!

Went for a walk round the local park to find the car park closed because of travellers but still found somewhere to park and found this beauty.Solihull council have got an on going fued with this community and someone at the council needs to grasp the bull by the horns and tackle the problem. Not easy but i am sure there is a solution.
