Dumb & Dumber

This is a so called ‘smart meter’ in actual fact it is totally dumb

I recently switched from the unbelievably awful British Gas to the incredibly incompetent EDF Energy

Not only does the newly fitted remote display not work but the new meter itself does not display a reading!

Numerous contacts with EDF have produced nothing apart from my entry in the very compliant but totally useless complaint process.

Opportunities here for any organisation with a bit of savvy to push the energy utilities off their dominant unhealthy market share
