Slains

In this day of 'elf and safety' it was refreshing to visit somewhere where we could literally stand on the edge. No handrails or floorboards to break the fall either. I loved it. Little bit of adrenaline added to the poisonous cocktail that's already causing havoc in my body.

Fair to say I feel pretty rubbish. In bed by 830. A shifting ache which moves from bone to bone and back again. Managed a fairly good day out though, Peterhead prison museum is a good attraction, Castle visit and a trip to see the seals at Newburgh. Could have sat on the sand for hours, just watching the natural world go by.
