First Rose of Sharon of the Season

This flower is the first on my bush; I don't think there is enough sun for lots of blooms. But I like it where it is because I can see it from my deck and the butterflies like it. 

Another really warm day but I did get out in the garden to continue my editing project for awhile this evening. There is a lot I want to do so it will take me awhile to do it all. I do enjoy getting my hands dirty and being outside so it is all good.

Hubby went to the beach today but I have several commitments tomorrow and Thursday so I won't go over until at least Friday. And Friday it is supposed to cool down here so it may be difficult to leave.     I can't believe it is the last day of July; the month went so fast!
