A wonderful Tuesday!

Had a doctors appointment for a blood test to see if I am vitamin D and iron deficient.

Also had an allergy test done and found out I am intolerant to wheat, dairy, tomatoes and coffee. Very interesting. Have been advised by the doctor to try a dairy and wheat free diet for 2 months and see if there is any improvement in my fatigue and nightmares.

Had a lovely evening with Joshua job hunting for him. Looking at the RAF and Royal Navy jobs which he is very interested in.
