The first day of August

The first day of August not only welcomes our China Queen’s Campus students and teachers from Shenyang, where the Joint Campus between Queen’s and China Medical University is located, but also our new President and Vice-Chancellor, Prof Ian Greer.
With delight the CQC cohort were informally welcomed by Prof Ian Greer, accompanied by Pro-Vice-Chancellor Prof David Jones, at Junction Cafe, following their Cultural Awareness session that I delivered.
As Prof Ian Greer noted: it’s the start of a new journey for him and for us all working at Queen’s. We warmly welcome the CQC students after their long journey and wish them all the best as they ‘acclimatise’ to life in Belfast, as well as with their studies at The School of Pharmacy.
