Swimming Loch

It was the last day of competition and I started at just before 11 and again it was scorching. However I coped better than previously and had an ok run and overtook a few people in my class. We went to the Naturum Höga Kusten, which had a lot about the world heritage high coast and the Skuleberget hill behind it. We spent hours there and then stopped off at a swimming beach on the way back. This is the view as I was cooling my feet.
