When I was a lad we all had boat spotters books,watching Blue Funnel, Everard, Anchor Line and countless other ships when Glasgow was the Third City of the Empire
We spent our summer holiday at Dumbarton Castle watching them, and the excitement when some new Line came up the Clyde was great
