Soor Ploom

Straight to North Tea to get one of the last Square Mile Sweet Shop espresso's. Wow! It tasted of Soor Plooms! Not for the faint hearted, quite high acidity, bitter sweet explosion in the mouth and a smile on the face. Maybe not an every day espresso but the sensation surprise was most welcome!

Went straight to swimming after that. Ended up with some crazy lunatics in the slowish lane. The coach was great but my lane buddies smashed it and didn't take the prescribed recovery times. I did what I was told for a change but ended up getting out 20 mins early as I hadn't recovered from Sunday and have a bike-run tmz!
