Eton mess

This bank of neatly arranged Eton Mess at work appealed to my artistic eye. Obviously not because it tastes amazing and is heaven in a little dish, it just looks interesting. I was able to have lunch at work as my husband was able to be at home and keep an eye on the dog, before he headed off for a meeting in Paris.
