Enigma Hacking

Another amazeballs day at Turing Fest, going to need about a week to decompress from all the new ideas bouncing about. One of the most fascinating talks of the festival was on the Bletchley code breakers working to crack the enigma machines (yes, I got to press the buttons on a real one!!). Blew my mind the odds that they were up against, and tied in nicely with another talk from the morning about how your brain works at it’s peak creativity levels when you are under pressure.
