Shine on

Edinburgh takes a deep breath....as this year's Festival and Fringe kicks off tomorrow , the Tattoo dress rehearsal is underway at the Castle right now and streets all around me are filling up with the weird and the wonderful.

Love everything except the crowds and the proliferation of pretentious arses, who bray louder than a donkey sanctuary at carrot time!
