Never Achieved Before

Seven of them all sitting still! It helped that Alby couldn't get off the log on his own to run off.

Today we spent with mum helping her celebrate her birthday - the first without Dad. We spent a large proportion of the morning trying to assemble her new table and chairs for the garden - according to instructions a 30 min one person job which actually took 3 of us about 1.5 hours.

After a spot of lunch we went to Erdigg. Only about 15 mins from mums but never been there before. Really good natural playground for the kids to run off some energy. Then it was back home for a lovely tea - roast ham, salad, two birthday cakes and Eton mess. Kids played on the trampoline till it went dark.

My sister gave me a lovely gift tonight. I shall treasure it.
