Glowering

This is just a place-holder, not an image worth saving. After the high of meeting Pannavati on Sunday, I have been struggling with the infection that set into my head at the end of the trip to New Orleans, and I returned to the Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor this morning to learn that the infection in my head has not responded to steroids and antibiotics, and we need to move on to a much stronger antibiotic and more rest in bed and less activity for me. Damn.

This is just a shot from the window in the hospital where my doctor's office is located, but the glowering sky and the gloomy-looking passages express how I'm feeling. Glum. Blocked. Not very interesting. I will pick up the stronger antibiotic this afternoon, and I will get through this. I may be absent for a while till I feel better.
