OPEN WIDE!

Meant to say yesterday...my hours walk to the non existent course was 5K #7

Left work early to try and do another 5K but lost heart half way through and ended up at the dentist early instead! Hooray only a very small cracked filing to sort.....I thought it was going to be worse. Then onto hospital.....MIL looking bright today, chatting and I even managed to persuade her to do a video to email to The Rev who is away on business!
