Blarney Castle

H and S [my cousin and his wife] thought a good trip today would be to Blarney Castle which is about 30 minutes from their home. The day started well [ although the queue to kiss the Blarney Stone was about 1.5 hours long!] but very quickly deteriorated as the rain came on. We went round the grounds a bit, had a coffee, visited the poison garden [ most of which seems to be growing in my garden!] and then gave up as the heavens opened and went for lunch !!! See extra.
