Baby Leeks

Wondering what veg to cook with the dinner tonight, I had a scout about in the garden and realised the leeks were looking decidedly edible.

Unfortunately I had already dug up the biggest ones before I decided to blip the remainder! Still, plenty for the months ahead . . . . .
