LR1300

It is quite amazing some of the sights you see parked at the side of the road at 5am.  This is a small part of a Liebherr LR 1300 Crawler crane.  I’m not sure why it was parked there and the rest of it appeared to be missing.  This machine is quite unusual as it is designed to be broken down into sections that can be loaded onto standard low loader trailers and be transported on the road.  Even more of a surprise is that it is capable of putting itself together and taking itself apart.  You can find out more about it here, Leibherr LR1300.
