Pants on fire

There's something about 4 year olds. Here's how the conversation went...

Noah (holding up stuffed toy from Ikea): "Mummy, I made this at nursery today"
Me: Wow, that's amazing, did you really?"
Noah: "Yes"
Me: "That's so clever, how did you do it?"
Noah (shrugging casually): "Just, y'know drew it and cut it out"
Me: "Wow, cool, what did you do then?"
Noah (roll of the eyes): "Just drew his eyes and stuff"
Me: "I'm so impressed. And who helped you?"
Noah: "Liz"
Me: "And how did you get this label bit on it?"
Noah (more casual shrugging and eye rolling): "Just cut it out and glued it on"
Me: "And when you came out of nursery with it what did Daddy say?"
Noah: "He said WOW"
Me: Really, did he?"
Noah: "Yes"
