Trying to be mindful

Trying to look after myself is becoming a little tedious! I tried to give the house a spruce up yesterday and was reprimanded by The Mother! To be fair it did cause some pain afterwards but I kept that quiet!

We met The Mother this morning at Tesco after a much needed slow walk there to pick. Up a few bits. When we were finished it was back to ours for coffee in the garden before a friend visited.
Then there were two! We sat in the garden relaxing until our meeting with the police. It went very well and he had deduced we were lucky escapees of a freak accident. Our car had flipped onto its roof after impact, its nose hitting the road first before skidding into a ditch!
We then had a final visit of the day with friends arriving after a meal out. Sitting in the garden we chatted away over some lovely non-alcholic sparkling juices (it's killing me not to drink :).
