Sky, again

This was the sky from my kitchen window this morning. It was the most hopeful bit of my day which was pretty much downhill from there on. Six hours of meetings was fairly debilitating. I heard a phrase on the radio this morning, in a discussion on manager/worker relationships, which kind of struck a cord. What you lose when these are not good is the 'discretionary effort' a well motivated worker puts in.
