Our neighbours went on holiday to Majorca last week, and they knew their plum crop would ripen while they were away. We ( aka Roy ) have been tasked with picking said crop, distributing some of it round the locality and freezing the rest ready for jam making when Sheila & Brian get home. This is just the start...
Meanwhile Graham's French Beans are ripening fast and he's passed some on - and they are now in the freezer. The runners will be hot on their heels - and we have some too. Not to mention the cucumbers and tomatoes. Isn't fresh produce just the best??
