They Were Kinda in the Way

Today's puzzles:

- listening to collegues discuss our summer girl, who turned out to be not at all as good as had been hoped for (I kept thinking hadn't we all made the same kind of mistakes? Hadn't we all had bad days and uncontrolled behaviour?)

- wondering when on earth to play through new notes and to practise them together with the ensemble performing tomorrow (probably half an hour before the gig if not prima vista...)

- trying to settle down for sleeping to be able to wake up 5.15 tomorrow morning - although the husband had visitors who had never been to us before (just how fun it would have been to join in the discussion!)
