Round the bay

Taken on the way home from town.  The eagle-eyed will be able to spot Peridot at her mooring in the distance.  Nipped in this morning to get my hair cut.  Good and short again, so much easier to look after!

The grass is lovely and green and lush after all the rain.  Luckily for us, most of it has been overnight, but we had a good downpour this afternoon.  The cattle are looking nicely rounded and content.  These are breeding cows, they still have their calves with them and have a bull in with them at the moment too, so hopefully more calves on the way!

Ceilidh dancing in the evening and it was really nice to see lots of visitors coming to join in.  We ended up with 24 of us, which must be a record!  Great fun too, but we were completely shattered by the end of it!
