Repaired roof.

I keep on looking up at this roof whilst waiting to cross one of the major junctions in the centre of the city, and it never fails to amuse me how one bit of the roof seems to have been repaired. I'm lost for ideas regarding what happened to that one bit of roof that didn't affect the rest...meteor strike? Illegal sun-roof? Thinking back to October 2006, it might even have been the police - their discipline regarding the directions and arc of tear-gas grenade firing was shown to be blatantly dangerous. The only thing that casts doubt on the police being responsible (well, actually, here in Hungary, they're repeatedly absolved from all responsibility, along with government ministers) is that the police were known/shown to be firing at head/shoulder-height, and it would have taken a fair ricochet to get to the roof of this 5 storey building. I'd like to think that something other than Hungarian police violence was to blame here....I'm voting for the meteor!
