Spring Gold....

It has been dull and grey all day... with rain setting in during the afternoon. I have laid low and spent time reading. Sadly Maisie missed out on her morning walk but seemed quite happy to doze in her bed in front of the wood burner.
We have little patches of spring bulbs starting to bloom in our garden. I particularly like these little miniature daffodils blooming at the foot of our flowering cherry tree.
