Wow, what an evening of fine Spanish food with friends .....
Deep-fried Manchego in Bechamel sauce, Pedron peppers, home-cured duck with rocket, almonds & pomegranate, sardines with spinach & raisins, octopus with aubergines & peppers, patatas bravas, black pudding, beans, peas & mint, rabbit & rice followed by a trio of desserts, churros & chocolate sauce, Pedro Ximénez ice-cream & creme Catalonia, with accompanying beers, wines & warming spirits.
