Downtown Eumundi

Mr isbi’s mother went to primary school in Eumundi, a small town in south eastern Queensland (as did one of our former prime ministers).
They had to walk off their dairy farm during the Great Depression and moved to Sydney where her father managed to pick up some work as a builder.
We drove there this morning planning to visit the museum but it was closed. So we have rearranged our plans and are staying at a very nice B&B (half the price of last night’s prison) so we can go there tomorrow.
Eumundi was really humming this morning, it’s obviously quite trendy, but was looking quieter this evening.
