Pizza Funghi

The great thing about my six week gluten challenge is I can have pizza on a proper Italian base. It was delightful at the time.  As was the evening altogether, spent at Liz's for a catchup and the end of Happy Valley Series 1.

Update on the iron front.  No hair in the plug hole when I have a shower!  I didn't actually think my hair was falling out. Nor did I know it was a symptom of a lack of iron.  My head of hair is fine and thick (if rather grey and scratty!)  But, I'm forever having to stick chemicals down the plughole to unblock the drain.  I just thought that was normal and our poorly draining plughole.  After two weeks of washing my hair - four strands!  

Amazing!
