For the Blue half

I may not be a blue, but I am a Manc, so pleased that City won the Charity Shield today.

Spent the day in and around the house and garden, sat on the deck to read the papers, had a coffee, as you do ;-) Its been a lovely sunny day, not so hot as down south.

Watched the Ladies Golf, well done Georgia Hall!!! Watched its of the cycling and swimming....couldnt watch the footy though, dont have that channel!

Hubs picked another couple kgs of tomatoes.
Fried some to have with bacon and a slice of toast.

Cooked a piece of gammon this aft, glazed it with apricot jam and sweet chilli.......had some for tea, with new potatoes and salad, very moreish!!

Only remembered about 8 pm that I didnt have a blip, saved by the soft light and this all but the last of our cornflowers, seemed appropriate.
