Battling with the art of hula hooping. Once she got going she was better than all of us. My hips don't rotate half as well as they used to!

We had a good journey down to my #2 daughter and family near Peterborough and were grateful for aircon in the car as the outside temperature reached 31.5 degrees this afternoon.

Can't believe how Lily has grown even since her 8th Birthday in June. She's very athletic and full of energy - I think we're going to be exhausted by the end of the week's Lilysitting!!
