Thank goodness for the remaining independent hardware stores. Ace, Coast to Coast, True Value, and a myriad of one offs.

Tonight, I just needed to get a quick spare key made for our front door. We keep the spare just next to the door, under the big rock.

If you are ever in our area, and we are not home, just let yourself in, and make yourself at home. Drop us a line ahead of time, and we will make sure to send you the alarm code :)

What a refreshing change from the "big box" home improvement stores. I was able to park right next to the front door, talked to a knowledgeable individual (same person who cut the key), and was in and out of the store in in less than 10 minutes!

And once I got home - the key worked perfectly!
