Personal Achievements

Day #3 of lethargy in limbo - although there is slight improvement since yesterday, the floor is generally littered with things that I might be able to pick up one day.... 

It's 'funny' how one's horizons contract when the simplest task (going up and down stairs - standing up, sitting down...) becomes a major achievement - so that the only thing I really accomplished today was to finally shorten some curtains - hand sewing - while watching endless ITV3 'old folks tele' as my bro calls it, until finally, uplifting relief in the form of the Proms on BBC4.  The view of the Albert Hall takes me back to halcyon days of the 1980's, singing here and other London venues as a member - first alto - of the London Symphony Chorus....all 160 of us - oh    what fun we all had.
