Had a vague notion about blipping this spiral water feature on my walk home from work. But it was about to start bucketing rain and this man was standing around in the middle of the feature clearly indulging in some private water-related fetish. And he had no intention of moving- after 10 to 15 minutes of waiting I gave up hoping he would realise there was an entire harbour's worth of water 20 feet away.

So today's blip has a water feature thingy with a bonus tourist.

It's not that I didn't care about waiting around in the rain to get a blip. It's just that I cared about not having soggy clothes more.
