If at first you don't succeed...

I thought I'd have another go at this tapestry that's been gathering dust for several years. Some of you may even recognise it from a previous blip.

Progress is very slow, especially with the deterioration in my vision, but I'm finding it easier to see with the aid of my new reading lamp.

I also started a new book - 'City of Strangers' by Louise Millar - and baked two Mary Berry fruit loaves, so it's been a good day.
