Festival!

Although the Festival started on Saturday, they were still putting the final touches to this big poster outside the Usher Hall. I took this from the bus - sorry for the smudgy quality - on my way back home from a concert by L's teacher. She was singing early 20th century English songs, mainly by Elgar and Maude Valérie White. I knew that Mum would like them, so I took her along. It's not my cup of tea, but it reminded her of the style of song which her mother used to sing.
