Mono Monday: Blast

If this tiny bird isn't demonstrating a blast of mighty proportions, I don't know what will!  This is a female Black-chinned hummingbird.  I've placed the original color photo in the extras.

Biggest job for today is shredding and filing to prepare my bedroom for painting.  Having him come at 6 am Thursday is a great motivator.  Need to make three calls today, among them the oxygen company and Life Alert.  I have to get their services switched to my house as soon as possible.
