Contemplating

Today has been quite a busy one. Instead of catching the train to my folks' i walked up to meet them at the outpatient dept. at the hospital, as my Dad head an appointment at the diabetic foot clinic. I said Hello to him, then went and waited with my Mum in the car. Then it was back to Metheringham, and I did a Co-op shop for them, made lunch, washed up and a few other minor jobs before leaving to catch the train home. 

Once back I chatted with Zeph and made a shopping list before heading up to do the weekly shop. Now home, the shopping is away, and other than preparing tea and washing up I can relax!
