Watched a lot of energetic stuff today - too bloody hot to venture out much except to fetch much needed wine.

Saw the British mixed doubles medley team blast their way to gold - the Russians were going, but they never came in the end.

Going to bed now, stuffed with the last of the duck - good stuff, duck!
