Beautiful Baddeck Bay.

Having had quite a few chats with various folks about my upcoming surgery, i'm feeling a bit calmer....helped along with some good reading on the subject, and guided visualizations, they are so helping keep me in the realm of good outcome versus bad outcome!  

So i headed into town to do shopping and bought something for lunch with the intention of finding a lovely spot down by the water....wow it was so busy down there, i couldn't stand it!  so i dropped in on my dear friend Charlotte and her house is air conditioned and she was happy to visit with me ... she is always an inspiration .... always has a positive spin on things and makes me laugh!!!
