We spent most of the day baking again today. Chocolate orange cake, toffee muffins -and carrot cake. Then off to the park while we waited for them to cool down.

We befriended an elderly man who was deaf and the children were quite fascinated by his sign language, how we made ourselves understood and the fact I’d remembered how to sign all their names. so was I to be honest!
