Typical Paddington street

Paddington is one of Sydney's older suburbs. Many of the houses were built in Victorian times, and they are terrace houses. So this probably looks a lot like many of the streets in London. And the weather is still very ordinary for this time of year as well. However, this is what I see as I walk home. I try to get off the bus a stop or two before my nearest, and have a bit of a walk for the sake of some exercise after a day sitting at a desk.
Today there was a total solar eclipse in far north Queensland. We should have been able to see a partial eclipse here, but the heavy clouds persisted all day.
