For the birds
Snigger.
Beautiful drive down the A68 today to mam and dad's. Once we escaped from our tropical corner of East Lothian, we headed into the snow belt. Just gorgeous blue skies and blankets of glistening snow all the way. I'm sure the rest of you are a bit bored of snow by now - but it's the first I've seen this year so I'm still captivated. I really wanted to ask Mr B to stop the car every five minutes for a few shots of trees, hills and sheep - but I realise how irritating this can be so contented myself with this sign in a garage.
Full day of sledging planned tomorrow: morning here at mam and dad's then off to another blipper's for the afternoon with the promise of a cake and a go on her placky bag bobsleigh run.
