Ice Cream and Maple Syrup

Another food blip. Sorry, but my blip mojo has escaped me for a little while. This is one of my favorite dishes. Vanilla bean ice cream with maple syrup. Yum! In Pennsylvania we used to tap our maple trees to get the sap which we turned into syrup. It was so good and I miss those fun times. Have a good week everyone!
