leading lines

This composition prompt was frustrating.  I can find leading lines - but no subject.  then when I find a subject - leading lines are not available.  

I can see how this compositional element works in other's photos - and pretty clearly - but I really had a hard time.

So here is a subject with leading lines - but I don't think they complement each other very well.

(Still - the exercise was a good one.)
