Sorry I know I've already used the photo before but... this was from her birthday sitting out in the garden July 2017 - last photo I have of my Mum.


Mum passed peacefully away with family bedside.

She was still able to chat, laugh & smile with us on Friday & Saturday mornings & drifted away in the afternoon.

I took some flowers from the garden on Friday - the smile she had in that moment in seeing the colours of the fresh flowers I won't ever forget.

Thanks to all the staff at Royal Victoria Building who looked after her, kept her creative, with banter & sense of humour right to the end.
