Tiny Tuesday....Poppy and Seeds

Wasting too much time practising with the macro setting on the camera this afternoon, the poppies drying out nicely and releasing all their seeds. I will soon be able to send some out to blippers, as requested....a pinky background from the paper bag they are in....I need to be using a little tripod really, when I'm this close........
Excercise class this morning, an hour was plenty and I do feel better for it.....Thanks to Osuzanna for hosting this month :)
